Well I am a small person and I am also trying 2 find solutions to grow taller. Scientist say that some people do many exercise which suggest that they will grow taller but most of the time they make no difference. Thats because to grow taller you also need a special amount of sleep and healthy food, because if you only do 100% exercise but 0% eating healthy and 0% sleep then your results of growing taller would not change. So what i suggest is that you should streach and jump and do exercise but also eat healthy and sleep a propper amount of hours. I hope this helps you I havent done it yet but I will one of this days...lol... GOOD LUCK

Your only going to be as tall as what your genetics will allow you to be. It is easier for someone who is shorter to reach for say something on the bottom shelf of a grocery store; than it is for someone who is taller and has to stoop and bend all the way down just to reach for that item. There advantages and disadvantages to being taller or shorter. You just have to look for those advantages that you can do.

And no, jumping up and down does not make you taller. And yes it can cause wear and tear on your knees from too much jumping. And neither does laying on your back, (or any other folk lore for that matter) cause you to be taller.

There is a certain age at which most people usually stop growing: men - 25, women - 21. It occurs shortly after puberty. However, these numbers can be changed! It is possible to continue growing until 25 for women and 27-30 for men. Certain exercises, physical activities, right diet, and other things which are important for human body's growth make growing taller possible even for those individuals who thought they reached the age when their growth has stopped. An average person, no matter what height he or she is, has a potential to be 2 - 4 inches taller, and often - even more! There are many reasons for our lack of growth, but the most important one is the limited and unbalanced level of growth hormones in our body. started to experiment with all kinds of physical and mental exercises, learning and trying many types of diets, learning everything there is to know about growth hormone and its development. ………Good luck!!!!!!!!

A healthy diet with exercise can be effective in getting to the height you're supposed to be. However, being tall can be fun: Men hitting on your body, and not you; Setteling for jeans and pants that are a bit too short because they're better than nothing. (I just bought some maternity dress pants that go to about the tops of my socks because I needed something dressier than jeans and kahakis. I have other non-maternity pants and jeans like that, too. Knocking your head because somebody didn't realize that tall people go through there. Having to squat, or even sit to ge to the bottom shelf and drawers of the refrigerator. (I still want to know who the genius is who designed those and why s/he thought they would be practical.) Getting to the bottom shelf of the fridge was annoying before my pregnancy, but it's getting harder to lift myself up. Last night I told my husband that I want a fridge on top model before the next pregnancy. However, I can't complain too much as the fridge came with the house with which we're blessed to live in for free.

Yes, I can do things like utilize the high shelves in my kitchen, see over crowds to find people, etc.

As it's been said, there are advantages and disadvantages to being tall and short. Accept the body with which you've been blessed.

You can't get physically taller but you could try some groovy platform shoes like the ones Elton John used to wear in the seventies.

You might still be growing, if you aren't 18 - 21 yet, wait and see. Eating healthy is one way to get a bit of height, even with that, you can't go too far beyond the height determined by your DNA. You'll be fine, don't worry!

You can't control your height...but if you measure yourself in the morning right when you get up you will be up to a half inch taller....throughout the day you actually get shorter due to stresses on your body!
