He's just way too insecure, my street sister is going through the samething, but they got a kid, and they're married, which make it worst. He probably think you're sister is a very good woman for him, just mayb not adventurous enough for him, that's why he's getting bored out of his mind about her (which he should be shot for, I find woman to be fascinating that i just want to spent all my day learning about them). He's bored, want ot let go, but too insecure and thinking he won't get any better so he keep clinging on...seriously...tell ur sis the dump the sucker, my sis dump her husband, what i tell my sis is what i'm telling your sis (but since i doubt your sis have a kid with him, which make it easier than my sis's case), it aint worth it, she can find better.

It sounds like he has mixed feeling about their relationship - in otehr words he likes some things but other things could possibly really upset or annoy him. Tell your sister to have a sit down talk with him to ask him about what bothers him and what make him happy in their relationship. If he opens up about it, focus on trying to correct the bad things and maybe do more of the things he likes. Hopefully this will show him there is something in the realtionship that is worth fighting for!

Hope it help!

He is insecure and doesn't believe that he is deserving of love. She should straight out ask him why he mentions that she should break up with him, then turns around and begs her not to go. Call him on it, see what he says. She should tell him that he is deserving of love, and if he truly wants to be with her, he needs to relax. That she wouldn't be with him if she didn't want to be.

he is feeling somewhere is in heart that he is not fit for his girlfriend. He really loves her and doesn't want to loose her but he because he is low on self confidence, he feels he wont be able to keep her happy and that he feels since others are better than him, she will be happy with som1 else. ur sis can talk to him, tell him how important he is to her, that he deserves her and she can never be so much happy with any1 else as she is with him. Obviously, she means all this but she never said it to him b4. This happened with me and boyfriend understood and got my confidence back and now we r very happy together.

Yes, he is insecure and a game player. Usually this type of person is guilty of something, hence the insecurity.

if he really wants to break up means.. he should have got another gf.. or he is just black mailing to have sex with her... there should be some purpose.. so ask her not to beg.. if he wants to break up... let him break up.. there are better boys to be a good bf.. in life ... not he is only the bf..

He's insecure and trying to reassure himself that he doesn't 'need' her- hence the taunting.
But he does- hence the begging.
He is testing her to 'make sure' that he is all nice and safe.

Solution: your sister needs a boyfriend who trusts her, not one who tests her constantly in a cruel fashion. (aka new boyfriend)

i thinks he is just trying to know if your sis still likes him. he wants to feel that he is still loved. he wants to feel important, like if your sis will choose not to break up with him.

I think he wants to end it but fears what it will end up as. He sounds like a jerk, like he has commitment issues and likes keeping her emotions hostage. She should break it off because behavior like that leads to physical abuse at a later stage.
