Quite possibly you may be coming down with the same sickness your sister has, as this is the time of the year everyone is getting ill. When we come down with flu type viruses, this can cause the glands to swell. Confirm with your sister the symptoms she has experienced & compare these with what you are experiencing. Meanwhile make an appointment with your Doctor for an examination. There are cases of cists located around the throat area due to thyroid & hormone conditions, however most cases are with females due to P.C.O.S or goiter related conditions. You best see your Doctor, as they will be able to determine if you are suffering a cold/flu & further run any required tests, if needed. Don't be scared about what you don't know, your Doctor will determine what is going on with you.

It sounds as if your glands are swollen and it certainly can be that you are coming down with whatever your sister has. It is nothing to be afraid of but it isn't something to ignore either. Often times with a cold comes a sore throat, the cause of that could be something as minor as irritation or something a little more serious like strep throat. If it continues or you have trouble eating/swallowing because of pain or you develope a fever, see a doctor and he/she will do a swab test to see if you need antibiotics.

i consider Tissa that it appears like the lymph nodes. do no longer wait inspite of the undeniable fact that and make a doctor's appt. you've got the skill to evade an ER holiday see you later as you do no longer initiate having worry respiration and can cope with the soreness.
