Relationship or lack of help?

I am 18, and just graduated. So I started talking to one of my freinds exes at a grad party and she wanted my number and put hers into my phone. She started texting me ALL THE TIME! Telling me how cute I am and her whole life story. She would text me from 9 am to 11 pm. This went on for wo weeks straight and I would go over her house and we would hang out. I finally decided to ask her out and she said ya it should be fun. Later on he texted me and said that dating might not be a good idea because I am freinds with her ex. So we decided to not date, or at least not now. Couple days later I went to a party with her and the party was lame. I asked if she would take me to this girl elainas house since she drove and she did. She didnt stay cause she worked in the morning and I stayed the night cause I was drinking. Since that night, it has been 2 weeks she has not alked to me. I aked if she was mad and she said no she is busy. It has been a couple weeks now, no talking, what did I do?

She is jealous of the other girl. She is mad that you can get other girls cause she wanted to keep you on reserve until she can see what happens between some other guys.

She was using you as a crutch to feel wanted because of her feelings of rejection from your friend. Then when she saw that she wasn't your #1 then she realised what she was doing and feels stupid or is just mad at you and doesn't know that it's all her doing.
