Recently I have realized I have started growing remantic feelings towards one of my best friends whom I look up to as a brother. I've know him for about two years and hes around two or three years older than me. (Im 16 he's almost 19) We're really close even though he lives on the other coast. We've met up at anime conventions numerous times it's just that he has a girlfriend (who hes never met in person -eye roll-) and he's "very much" in love with her but, I find myself always wanting to talk to him or be with him . This is so stupid DX he prob. only looks to me as a sister because, well im rather childish for 16 and soomewhat of a tomboy but, he has called me cute ...so yeah im confused @_____@

OK he's in love with someone he's never met? I think he's just trying to let you know that he thinks of you as a friend. if he's 19 and you;re 16, he's a MAN likely in college and you're a girl in high school. Maybe in 3 years he might start to see you more romantically

Tell him how you feel and let him make the next move. Unless you let him know that he turns you on or that you're interested, how would he ever know???
Don't worry about the age difference, it's not that big a difference in age. I don't know what state you live in, but in about 2/3 of the states in the Union 16 is the age of consent, contrary to popular belief; check your local laws to be sure before you take a chance on getting him in any trouble, in case your parents are the litigious type! Good luck...

Take my advice. Don't.

If it is meant to be, it will. If you get caught up in it and something bad happens, he might hate you forever. If you are sure this is nothing more than a breezing wind, be patient.

It's hard to wait, but if he's worth waiting for...if he's not or you aren't THAT much in love, move on. Don't ignore what you feel, just don't let it get the best of you. Continue to explore other areas, and other people.

Ultimately, he's yours or he isn't. But you can't try to stand in anyone's way.

Nearly 3 years is a big difference at that age (been there, done that). Maybe he likes you more than a friend but is wary that you're 16. Maybe another year will change things around, yeah, it's a bumma having to wait so long eh?

Why get caught up in all of the drama? If he has a gf, wait until they split before telling him how you feel. Otherwise you will end up getting hurt.

You are an under age minor...he is an adult. A relationship beyond friendship with you is illegal

Things will happen in time. You gotta do what you gotta do. If he loves someone else then there is no changing that
