and if i need to diet, give me a good diet plan... like what to cut out from my diet.. etc.

Yeah, you will loose some pound definitely, how much will varies from individual body metabolism. Try doing all sorts of execise to tone up every individual muscles, so you look balance in shape.
Exercises couple with diet is a must for those who wants to loose weight and stay healthy.
Stay away from fatty stuffs, eat less fried stuff, less sugar,(use honey instead) less meat, more vegies, fruits and legumes. drink more water.
No in between snack, cookies, substitute soya milk for dairy milk. no cakes, ice-cream, and chocalates.
I think this should be enough for the time being to keep you down by early august.

i cant give you an exact number of lbs you'll loose but cutting out certain foods from your diet will do you justice. Its actually very simple. Start with anything with "hydrogenated" on the ingrediants label. Hydrogenated Oil is extremely unhealthy for you. Next look on the ingridiant panel and cut out things with sugar listed in the first 3. I counted my calories also(i have a small book that tells me how many calories are in all foods, amazing book) and i wrote it down on a paper to keep track to make sure i didnt over eat. This helped me loose weight easily and quick. Your doing tons of exercise, dont quit that.

It depends how much you weigh and what your metabolism is like. If you had my stupid metabolism, you would lose about 5 lbs. with a healthy diet. Make sure not to cut out completely any group of foods. Eat carbs, but preferably wholegrain. Eat dairies, but not cheese or butter. Eat meat, but mostly lean, chicken, fish etc. Eat a lot of veg and fruit,
