How the Neanderthal, even though that species had a better body and recently discovered to have a bigger brain than our counterparts.

Died out because they lacked social communication?

Makes you think huh?

Oh, religion ok...... I recently saw at a local county fair a guy dressed up in a costume trying to tell everyone about Noah's Ark.

But the ark was filled with stuff dolls and such, Do you think it's a little underhanded to try to convince kids to join religion?

Kinda like tempting a kid with candy to ride with you in a black car sort of way?

Or is it perfectly acceptable?

Our inability to communicate within and between cultures may yet lead to our distruction.

And yeah, it shows a lot about the quality of your beliefs that you have to trick people into believing them.

"Kinda like tempting a kid with candy to ride with you in a black car sort of way?"

If you draw that analogy from the ark filled with stuffed dolls example, I have to wonder about you, and what such a comment says about your mental state. Anyone who could turn such an innocuous event into that kind of analogy has issues. Of course, your profile says it all.

I do not believe this is right. The child's parents may have their own teachings they wish the child to learn. And to do this without the parent's permission is not correct.

I do not proselytize. If the Lord sends someone to me who wishes to convert, then I am the Lord's servant in following that command. But only if the person truly desires true conversion.

maybe they lacked speech but that's not the same as lacking social communication, and i don't know that anyone has tried to demonstrate that that's why they went extinct? it could also have been competition with their more technologically innovative cousins, that is, humans.

That's their usual M.O. They're like predators targeting the slow, weak and infirm in the herd (children, elderly, addicts, poor, uneducated, incarcerated). It's really reprehensible when you think about it.

It's child abuse - and, considering how many pedophiles recruit through churches, that might be physical as well as mental.
