Question

How do i change my eye color? and also how do i make the black and white pictures BUT it has some color in it ex: its all black and white but has a yellow flower.

If you want to do it all by hand:

Ad a layer. Paint the iris on that layer blue. Set transperancy to the desired shade.

the other one. Select the flower by drawing the selectiontool around it. (feather it a bit) Reverse selection and set to black and white. Reverse again and set saturation and hue to the shade of yellow you want.
