Kenyan citizens may join the British Armed Forces, as Kenya is a member of the Commonwealth. In fact, any Commonwealth citizen may join (some jobs, such as Officers and Royal Marines are citizen or permament resident only).
Back when I thought the Australian Defence Force recruiting wouldn't get back to me, I applied for the British Army online and they sent me a nice brochure and a stack of paperwork for further application - they already knew that I'd never even set foot in the UK. But luckily for me, the ADF did get back to me, and I never had to fill out that thick stack of documents.
The only catch is that you'll have to travel to the UK at your own expense for interviews and assessments, a process that can take up to several months.

In order to join the US military, you must already be a legal permanent resident with a Green Card. the military cannot and will not help you get one, nor will they help you emigrate.

If you are a legal resident of the united states you are allowed to join the military, if you are not then the answer is no

well they might have some outside contracting jobs that anyone (with a decent background check first) could apply for, but I have no earthly idea how to find out.. .. you know jobs like drivers cooks..staff, etc etc..
