Like the parents in Florida years a go who refused to get medical care after their child was stung 100 times by Yellow Jackets?

They stood over their children and prayed, put oatmeal on the stings and the child died. They got charged with murder, but were aqitted by a jury.

If it threatens the life of a child or permanent damage to their wellbeing, the doctors can get a court order allowing them to treat the child, and if the parent tries to stop them at that point, they can be arrested for child endangerment.
As for non-life-threatening treatment, I think Big Brother should back off and allow people to practice their faith in peace.
IMO it's a question of where the line is drawn.
If an ADULT refuses life-saving treatment based on their faith, I believe the decision is theirs to make, not the doctor's or the court's.

I don't see how they can just let their children die that way. Some things are accidents and must be treated. I could never disallow my child to live for any reason.

It's one of the most dangerous forms of delusional belief in existence. In my eyes, it's a criminal offence to "play" with the lives of children in danger just to prove a point.

They should be arrested for child neglect and endangerment...
Sure, believe in God all you want like I do...but when I get sick, so sick I know it's not just the flu, I go to the hospital...

they probable wanted to do a blood transfusion ,and the bible says once blood leaves the body it belongs to god and is not to be taken back into the body or you will be condemned to hell,some people take the bible more seriously than others
