Which developed country has the rudest citizens?

Following the stereotype, it is the French. I doubt it though. Every country has rude people.

Citizens of any country whether it is developed or under-developed can never said to be rude......rude are those people who are ruling it....

the french snub americans, the russians raise their eyebrow and if you insult them, your libel to get a nasty punch in the mouth, arab countries are but they love your money. england if your not royalty but are in a very posh area and you act stupid. the rest, i'm not sure.
