She threw away something that was very important with my project. I guess I have anger issues, but right now I have a knife and I'm randomly knifing things like a pillow and desk pretending it's that fat b****. And it feels so good. The only thing I'm really worried about is that I'll have a heart attack. I want to know how to get over things like this because one day I'm pretty sure I'm gonna lose it.

You are in serious trouble. Please get professional help before you do something stupid that will land you in prison for the rest of your life.

The reason why you want to kill your Mom is because you feel she is hindering your progress. You also feel that she is unappreciative of you.

Okay. Okay. So you want to murder her, but that is your hurt talking. If you do, think about the consequences. Will it 1.) Be worth the pain to be shaking in terror because you knifed her? 2.) Will it be so bad after doing it, that you will decide to do harm upon yourself. 3.) What will the people think when the cops take you away in the back of a car and incarcerate you for first degree murder? It will be grotesque when they show you the bloodied photos of your mother, laying in a dead pose, while the jury decides to mark you as guilty and you getting institutionalized at a mentally insane asylum for permanent insanity.

Think about it. Is knifing your pillow and desk going to solve anything other than fueling fire for your motives?

You are a grown up now. Just know that you and I are responsible for our own actions and can change fate for the better.

In the meantime, seek counseling for your anger issues. It is curable and there is medication to take for it.

you are feeling frustrated cos you are unable to express your anger to your mother? hmm. i know the feeling. you could keep a diary. even an online one if you can get to your own computer. use yahoo to create a special email for your diary then just save it to notes. then you can express yourself on there. also. you need to find a way to express yourself assertively..by this i mean.".mother (this is if you can right. if its safe for you to express yourself this way to your mother. if its not. then don't.) "i am extremely angry with you for throwing away something that was very important to me. it is going to make my life a lot more difficult at this time and i would appreciate it if you would be more careful in future. right now i think i just need some space" you get the idea. that may resolve a little anger esp if you feel heard. but you are also doing good expressing your anger with the knife altho i am a little concerned you may cut yourself or some thing by accident. how about a punching bag? or karate? or doing something physical to get the anger out as well. i used to have loads of anger so i can totally understand where you are coming from. my mother was a complete nutter who went off her mental pills. assertiveness courses are good. altho some of the people there are flakes so watch out for them. also you just gotta learn to let it go..cos the only person its hurting is you. hey good luck man.

You need to get help about your anger issue. Please get help - talk to a trusted mentor or a counselor or a psychiatrist.

Whatever you do don't go near knives or weapons when you are angry. Your mother loves you, and you should try your best to avoid thoughts like what you just described. Try to talk with your mother about what is bothering you - if you felt she wronged you then confront her. If your mom is really unfair to you then talk with your dad or a grandparent about your issues - try to get help.

And instead of knifing things in your room, try getting a punching bag or pick up a video games when you are so angry. Or take a walk. Don't let your anger control you and make you do something you will later regret very much. OK sweetie, I wish you the best of luck in finding a solution to your problems.

you more than likely will not have a heart attack. you are more likely to hurt yourself or someone else phsyically. you need to get control on your anger and learn how to let things out in a more productive way - i know - easier said than done. but when you feel your adreline rising, go for a run, blast your music, call and ***** to a friend, punch your pillow - or better yet, get a punching bag - but do not walk around with knives stabbing random objects. not good.....

Hey,

ok for starters, put the knife down.and breathe in and out deep calm breaths. Get pen and paper, and write whatever you want, yes, anything. Anything about your mom,any curse words,ANYTHING you want to, and keep writing until you feel a little better.

Or you can try something like yoga or excercise. But please go to your doctor and explain this all to him, don't hold back because you are afraid of the consequences, you will feel better when you are in better hands. Here are your options:

Put the knife down and walk out the front door to take a long walk until you cool down.

Call a crisis/suicide hotline to talk-out your problem

Call 911, the police can send out someone to the house to help both you and your mom calm down and assure safety.
AND
They can help you to get hooked-up with Mental Health counseling so you don't "lose it"

THIS IS SERIOUS. CHOOSE ONE. HELP YOURSELF RIGHT NOW.

You're worried about having a heart attack and I'm worried about your mom! You really need some anger management help. You have to learn healthy ways to cope with your anger. The fact that you are stabbing anything is frightening and destructive.

You should control yourself. Your mom may have threw your papers/document without knowing the importance. Tell her that you are doing some important things and has to be taken very seriously. She is your mom and why wouldn't she help you the way you expect from her.

You have some anger in you like Annakin Skywalker don't turn to the dark side. Learn to control your emotions because they do alot of bad things to you in prison. take it from me you do not want to do something you will regret

Stay away from weapons of any kind and find a good counselor. This can be a professional, a friend, or a relative.
