For a 13 year old, those are all very good times. My only critique would be to pick a style, either sprinting or distance, and train for that. Running a 4:57 1500 m at your age is excellent. While your shorter distance times are good, it looks to me like the longer distances will be your forte.

I hate to disagree with people on here ...
BUT
There is no way humanly possible to lower your 400 time by 20 seconds. PEOPLE her time is 1 minute 1 second .72
There are many Varsity HS girls that dont run that fast. Her problem is that she is in Southern California and those sprint times dont match up with some of her compitition. I think if you stick with it you will see your times come down as your body continues to develope.
A problem that I see though is that for what your 100 & 400 times are your 200 doesnt look like its where it should be.
Its very amazing that you are that fast and do so well at the 1500 as well.
I would suggest that since you do Club track and at most of those meets (because of all the age groups) there is a lot of time between events that you kind of focus yourself to two events, say the 400 & 800. With those two events with another year or so you will see if you should be more with the sprints or mid-distance and normally you cant do both of those events except at a club meet.
Keep jumping for fun as well.
Best of Luck!!!
Hope to see you at JOs-if you r going to be there e-mail me so we can meet, Ill be working the meet.
