How old should you be to have a boyfriend????
because I am in 7th grade and I have a boyfriend.

ii think 7th grade isz ok
yea one said it right....da guysz are drama from da start..all da fun startsz in 9th grade...
but wenever ur ready...u can have a boyfriend...as long as u don't have sex
but ii prefer wen u reach puberty....then u'll be able to make better decisions...especially with the guysz...cuz believe me at that age...all of them are confusing as helll
they get mature slower than grlsz ... which isz another reason why you should get a bf wen u reach puberity

There is no real right age. Different people mature at different ages. Some people are not ready for a serious relationship in seventh grade. and some people are. I'v had boyfriends since first grade. My first one lasted five years. I'd say if you are not sure if you are ready for one and doubt yourself then you may not be ready for one.

old enough to know who you are and what you stand for. Girls that hook up with guys too young spend too much time trying to be what the boy wants instead of learning who they are. If you're not old enough to stand up for your morals or if you're not old enough to know what your morals are, then a boyfriend is a bad idea. I won't set an age, but I'll say that you are still young. Don't have sex and don't be pressured by a boy to do anything.

To have a mature relationship I'd say at least 8th grade, but I don't really know the situation so I can't judge.

it is up to you. when ever you feel you are ready.
as a personal opinion i would say you should wait till grade 9 or you are 15 years old or so.

My G-daughter is going in the 7th. grade.According to her she's had I don't know how many b-friends.They don't go anywhere or do anything.Concentrate on your studies,you've got plenty of time for that later.

in 7th grade? ok thats fine, but don't let him touch your parts, respect YOURSELF is the first thing you must learn in relationships before learning about love feeling
