i really try to stay fit, which i am
i am in 10th grade and i play football, and i exercise regularly
but i am not getting the ab results i would like to have
what is a good way to get a six pack, and maintain it?
are there certain things you can buy, like protein shakes or drinks or anything that would make this process go faster?
Or what exercises can i do do get this?

You shouldnt worry about trying to get it faster. If you want a six pack you're gonna want it to last for probably the rest of your life so once you get it your gonna have to keep doing the same thing to maintain it. If you play football then that should take care of the first part. You also gotta have a healthy diet. Everyone has a six pack its just trying to unleash it is the hard part. You have to get rid of the fat that's covering your abs. You can also do hanging leg raises. World class olympic athletes use hanging leg raises to get their abs in the best shape possible. If you want a good ab workout you would most definitely find one on menshealth.com. mens health has tons of useful information on getting a six pack.
