Very good ?. My son is in the army and they have to do 100 of each within a 13 week period of time within a certain amount of time. There maybe some information of the Internet about the exact amount. It's rigorous, but my son has been in 18 months and loves it. He is one of the top 5 in his unit that is best physical fit.
See the amount increases and the period of time in which to complete it decreases. Type in Army physical requirements and see what comes up on the Internet.
