I don't know how old you are, but it really doesn't matter...Please, please, please tell your parents or someone you trust, pastor, teacher, whatever. It is very important that you do this immediately. Your parents can get you some help that will make you feel better about yourself and the world around you. Don't let it go until you are so sad you can't stand it. You could be suffering from depression, or bi-polar (manic-depressive) disorder, which is what I have. This is very serious, but truly you will find your quality of life to be sooo much better, I promise, if you just tell someone, and ask them to get you help. I don't know if you feel comfortable talking to someone, but it's absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about..everywhere you look people are chomping on anti-depressants and stuff. Heck, it's practically en vogue, anyway, I'm just saying, don't let yourself get to where you feel you can't come back. If you don't have anybody to talk to, contact me through a message here and I can give you some resources. Please listen to me, I promise I know what I'm talking about. And in the meantime, I'll be praying for you....God bless you

You should see a therapist as you do have a mental health condition. It is hard to tell from your post exactly which condition you have. It could be dysthymia rather than major depression. You could read various websites on mental illness and see if any of the conditions sound like you.

it's depression and anxiety sweety ........and having to much time on your hands! An idle mind is definitely a devil's workshop. get moving and you'll see the difference. I have been where you are at where nothing seems real and it seems like you are floating through a dream. It will pass. and if it doesn't see a therapist.

You sound depressed to me.

Tell a medical doctor how you feel.

Go to a good doctor. It could be anything from diet to a hormone imbalance.
