If you are the Roman soldier that ordered Jesus' death and lived all of these 2.000 years, yes you are responsible. But we are not responsible for his death. We didn't do anything. Don't trouble yourself with those silly fanatics.

Jesus became man and died on the cross for our sins. You included. You have sinned in this world, but more importantly you have sinned in the world that was. That is to say the time that is between Genesis 1.1 and Genesis 1.2 . So you have sinned before Christ was on this earth and that is why He came to earth to atone for those sins and your current sins. Let the wise understand. SDS has even confirmed what I said about a world that was. That is why God said "I have known you even before you were born. Good work sds !!! That is also why God was quoted in the bible as saying ," I have chosen you even be for the foundation ( or refurbishing / beginning ) of the world.

Your confused because your concept is worded incorrectly. Jesus didn't die from your sins 2000 years before you were born, but he died for your sins. Everything nowadays is a sin, it was the only way for us to go to heaven.

It was OUR sin that nailed Him to the cross and it was His love for us that kept Him there. Every single person is a sinner except for Jesus. He lived a sinless life because He is God. He did not have to die. He chose to die for us to pay what we owed. He died in our place and died the death that we deserved. When we turn from our sins and receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior, then God gives us His righteousness, the Holy Ghost, God Himself, and adopts us into His Family.

It was a sacrifice... not your fault...
Jesus choose the cross because he loves you and wants you to spend eternity with him...
Jesus came to be the servant of all unto death.. it is about love not fault - 1 John 3 - that Jesus died... You don't have to feel guilty about but thankful because of that we can have fellowship with God and draw in to the Holy Holies (a place where only one truly pure priest could go once a year... now we can enter at anytime...)
It is not your fault... but accept his gift, so it wasn't in vain if that is how you feel...

Way to miss the point. The atonement is about salvation not blame we already have that. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God and the wages of sin is death. The gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord.

You are not responsible for the death of Jesus. Yours and mine and theirs..all our sins are responsible. Jesus died for the sins of the world. All have sinned, the Bible says..you are born into a sinful world.
Jesus was not killed by anyone. He freely laid down his life so that anyone who aceepted his sacrifice, could obtain eternal life.

You just figured out religion! Want an even more mind-bogging scenario...
What if you were born 2000 years BEFORE Jesus was even alive - Yup, that's your fault too!

That's a lie, Jesus loves you and willingly laid down His own life for you, because he doesn't want anyone to perish, He did it on His own, so you can have everlasting life.
Who told you you were responsible for His death? He died that you may live. It was a gift. It's up to you whether or not you accept it.

No where in the bible does it say that we are responsible for the death of Jesus. The bible says that Jesus went willingly to the cross to pay for our sins. By the way, why not ponder this for awhile and hold up on your sarcasm?

Your life was planned long before you could comprehend . You heard God knew us before we were born? If so, then you were a plan and a part of this world long before your birth. It is for all our sins, not just you. Don't take offense to that. It is all humans... we are born into sin..so we are sinners.
