I think Geek Thompson would be a better name for you, especially with those shades.

Perhaps your not going beyond your comfort zone when you like a girl. If they like as a brother its not necessarily always a bad thing at least they don't hate you.
And maybe you should look out for someone that you know has some interest in you also and not in a brotherly manner, you'll find your way around this stuff always happens.

Slick,
It's possible that they liked you more than you think at first.
Did you make a move only to have them tell you,
"I don't like you in that way"?
My guess is that you need to let your intentions be known a little sooner than you have been.
After the first date, hold her hand and tell her you had a great time.
After the second date, lean in a give her cheek a kiss.
After the 3rd date, make the kiss on the lips.
If you've made it this far, you don't need me anymore.
Nice work.

stop acting like a brother to them. i'll bet your all sweet and helpful and polite and doing all kinds of favors. get her to do you a favor or two. i'm not saying to be a jerk, but you must be acting like a "protector" figure the wrong way. make them think that not only can yopu protect them, but maybe they may sometimes need to be protected from you (even though they don't). the danger factor alone will keep them hanging on. as a woman once told me, "i like you because you take me and hold me over the edge but i know you won't let me fall"

Well, don't try to approach younger girls. if u do, then they will think that u are protecting them as a brother. if u try to approach the same age girl as u are then they will not think that u are showing protection as a brother.

P.S. try to be more than just protecting, buying food or chatting but try to ask her go out to have dinner, lunch, or anything romantic

I have five brothers and they found it very very funny to hide under my bed and grab my ankles and pull me under the bed when I woke up in the morning. So I just got a lock for my door and locked myself in every night.

make your moves, otherwise you'll end up in the friends zone. once you're in the friends zone, 9 times outta 10 you're not coming out. but some girls do like to become good friends first so don't worry.

at some point in hanging out with a girl you must give them some sort of clue you want more than a friendship...if you let it continue as just friends it does limit it from becoming any more than just friends. like if you ever give a gift ...give something sentimental....a flower...a pic of the two of you....present your romantic side ....allow them to think of you in such a way.

i know guys hate to hear this, but u r too nice. at least for the girls u r attracted to. my advice to u is to evaluate what it is u see in the women/girls u approach and what it is in u that they may not see. ask one of ur "sisters" to be brutally honest with you and to tell u the difference between ur brother-like traits in opposed to boyfriend traits.

Trebs has a good answer. Flirting is good too. I wish I had asked someone the same question when I was your age.
