if you want to lose fat you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min - do it at the end of your workouts.
Dont ever spend more than 2 hours in the gym.
Have protein shake wright after working out - it repairs muscle (the more muscle you have the faster metabolism which means your body will burn more calories). Look for one that has at least 15g of protein per serving and as little carbs as possible - you can make shake with anything - water, milk, juice, fruit, berries, soy milk, tofu, flax oil, cottage cheese etc.

Sounds like your doing it backwards. You should ONLY lift weights 2 to 3 times a week, even to build muscle. When you do lift, the way to bulk up is to lift heavy, and lower numbers of sets. If you do more, your not giving your muscles the time they need to repair themselves. You get bigger when your muscles repair themselves with more protein. It you lift too often, ie. everyday, you are not giving your muscles the time they need to repair themselves, which will inevitably make you smaller. What you need to do is cut back on your lifting. Do more cardio, 3 to 4 times a week. On your 2 to 3 days of lifting, continue to warm up as you have been doing, then lift for an hour to 2 at the max!! Make sure you take your protein shake immediately before or after your workout. You will see HUGE results soon. I have done personal training, and have done power lifting.

First off, dont workout 2-3 hours, thats way too long!!! u shouldnt workout for more than an hour.. and a good protein shake that i recommend is muscle milk...it takes away the fat and turns it into muscle...and it tastes really good, and its cheap compared to lots of other stuff, and i have it so yea its safe.. and theres the other pill....creatine..u can buy this stuff at GNC...but there has been a lot of talk about it, and now ive become paranoid about lol, cause i take it and ive been hearing about bad affects, but if u want reall results thats what i recommend, but u gotta drink lots of water when taking it .. and take it before workouts..and u gotta lift heavy.
