Yeah. Eat during the day, especially breakfast. Breakfast really is, though cliche, thet most important meal of the day. Seriously, not o nly does eating breakfast boost your metabolism it also keeps you fuller throughout the day. Don't skip meals all it does is slow down your metabolism and make you hungry at the wrong times (ie: your problem.) If you don't want to eat at night distract yourself with crunches, take a walk, call a friend, watch tv, go to bed, get on the computer..whatever.

Yep, you are starving yourself. Eat three to five small meals each day. If it's three meals, then add two snacks. Small is the key word here. And make them healthy. Lean meat, tennis ball size portions of starches, and lots of veggies. Go easy on the fruits, they contain lots of sugars. Balance what you are eating. No fried foods, no Happy Meals, Think sub sandwiches, salads, grilled, if you eat out. With all the info out there today, how did you get into such a pickle?

Try these
1) Eat 5 to 6 times a day.
2) Eat lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs
(low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein.)
3) Reduce sugar intake and simple carbs. They make
you hungry fast.Cut junk food .
4) Take 2 to 3 cups of low fat milk, cheese, yoghurt.
5) Do an exercise that you like.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and an hour brisk walk every weekday morning. I eat my most in the day and by night, I don't even eat a lot and I don't feel hungry.
And I am still at 108 lbs since I lost 31 lbs one year ago.

Just go get a glass of water. I have the same cravings late at night, but as I've found out it's because my body actually needs to rehydrate itself. Don't ask about why it's the same craving for food, I'm still wondering about that myself.

your body needs calories/energy to function on and if you dont eat during the day its screaming thats it needs energy sources (in your bodys language -feeling hungry)
my only advise - eat!!!
it doesnt matter what time of the day you eat - as long as you dont consume more calories during the day than spend you are not gona gain weight.
