Of course it's fine for a girl to ask a guy out, in fact it should happen more often. As for the age thing, if they want to and they're responsible enough and they understand what they're doing then I don't see why not.

It's okay to for a girl to ask a guy out. However, how old is she? If she's a teenager, the guy's going to be too old for her.
True story: I asked a guy out who is 10 years older than me. He said yes. Now we're engaged. :-) But I'm in my 40s, so the age difference was meaningless.

i don't see a rule that says u can't ask him out. but it's a pretty big gap in years.i would love it if a girl ask me out.if she was around my age.
