Me and my boyfriend have talked about sex, but decided that we should wait until i'm 18 because if we get caught he could go to jail. Does it still count as statutory rape if you have oral sex? He's 18, and i'm 16.

Best be safe and stop. You at 16 do not need any kind of sex. Is he going to be your provider, husband,... that stuff for after the rings go on. It is never just about sex. You give something more to a person each time and then if you split up it is like pulling a band-aid off but the hurt last much longer.

oral sex is somewhat different from sex, because ur 16 and hes 18 weither or not u want to have sex with him and u get caught he will still get in major trouble so yes oral sex wouldnt be considered as statory rape.

honey sex is illegal if you are 16 or under. Wait another year. If he's still around, then go ahead. But seriously get condoms or get on a low dose birth control pill/patch.

Just be responsible. Why can't you kids wait until you're married?
