Yes, they abuse the 14th amendment (which was meant for Black slaves). This amendment must be clarified as soon as possible. It should be revised to read "No birth-right citizenship/anchor babies"!!! The welfare system should also be cut off to illegal aliens. American citizens should not be forced to support illegal aliens & their children. These criminals know exactly what they are doing when they wait until almost due to cross the border & deliver their babies. It's sickening. We would not be able to go to their country & get 1 peso, even if we begged. Our government must wake up, before the American people have to declare war on these people. Then what would our government do... Take the side of illegals or what???!!! Enough is enough!!! Deport them all!!!

Nothing stops those parents from taking their illegal children with them. It's not Americas fault that these people chose to disregard the U.S. laws to be here in the first place. Or that people have continued to misinterpret the 14Th Amendment, that actually has the 15Th Amendment as a follow up if read properly.

somebody in a question I wrote in regard to 14th modification stated there could be a addendum linked to it that states that between the parents ought to be from US. Repealing the entire element would take time. it somewhat is ironic that the modification became initially meant for blacks born right here and now it somewhat is getting out of hand.

They are shamelessly using their children to excuse their behavior, and having the children cry on cue is a sad thing to watch. What they want is a law, that would grant status to those who are here illegally by having anchor babies. Should you imagine the rush to the border if that law was enacted

YES! Some women are in labor when they cross the border just so the kid is born here and is a citizen. They then think it is a free ticket for them to stay!
