Why when a man breaks up with a woman and the woman wants him back..??

do people tell her that he just doesnt want her and to move on.
BUT
when a woman breaks up with a man and he wants her back is everyone on his side..?..and they try to convince her to give him a second chance..??..

(im not saying this happens all the time)

It depends. It's probably because of the typical stereotype put on all guys. Examples:

Man breaks up with woman, woman wants him back: People tell her to move on because she can get any guy she wants. Guys will go for any girls, so just pick another one.

Woman breaks up with man, man wants her back: People tell her to take him back because: "Oh, wow, he's ready for a commitment..." He's not sleeping around, so he must be a keeper...

it really depend on the reason that the couple broke up. but
everyone is different.
