What you didn't see was the show's Director speaking to the Sisters either before or after about identifying themselves. If they would have had an objection, they would not have been aired, or the nametags blurred.
It has nothing to do with endorsement as Moe and Larry above subtly indicated, although the Sisters may have thought it was a good idea to display their tags in any case as far as their 'calling'.

If a LA police officer was spotted on Chris Angels show wold that mean that the LA PD endorses him? I didn't think so.
Here is a little more for you to think about.
Chris Angle does street magic. There are approximately 60,000 LDS missionaries world wide. Chis Angle just happened to be performing in an area where there was a set of missionaries. The Church so far as I have heard has made no statement for or against

It has nothing to do with having an open mind. I don't believe you were at his live show. If you were, you were PAID OFF. Some of the things he does are just stunts, I could do them if I had a stunt crew with me. The only problem I have is I can't ACT like I'm a magician. The rest is just a show for the audience at home. You can still call Chris Angel a phony AND have an OPEN MIND. You have to believe that a whole bunch of people will LIE FOR MONEY.

The appearance of some random person on a magic show doesn't mean anything. Why would that be an endorsement? What does that have to do with Mormons? That just doesn't make any sense.

Not unless they had a press release I don't know about. The Sister Missionary was probably just walking by and got talked into being on the show. That sort of thing happens more than you think. I knew a couple of elders who got to be extras in the movie Rat Race.

What is your main concern Mr. Cheese, regarding the Mormon church? Let not your heart be troubled and humble yourself before the Lord. Pride breeds contempt, and it seems that you have a lot of contempt for the Church. If you have real concerns, I would be happy to do the research for you and give you a sincere answer. God loves you and wants the best for you. If you study with real intent the truth will manifest itself to you by the Spirit of God. Pride is something for us all to overcome. Hey, remember my invitation to ask a sincere question and I will respond with a sincere answer. I guess I could've been just as sarcastic in my response, but I really felt inspired to write what I did.
