I have to be careful how I answer this, because people have many and varied thoughts to these two words.
Religion is mostly man made, there is only one which is pure, and that is Christianity. Christianity is all about what God has done for man, rather than with most religions, man trying to aspire to God's standards which of course is impossible.
It is by grace we are saved through faith, not of works lest any man should boast, the Bible says.
In order to be 'spiritual' we have to be a child of God, born again, - one who has committed their lives by faith, to Jesus Christ believing that He died to make atonement for sins, acknowledging that one is a sinner, and it's only through the blood of Jesus Christ can we be reconciled with God.

Well, I have a Religion that I try to follow (I stumble around a lot).. and I often feel the Holy Ghost and occasionally hear promptings from the Holy Ghost so I think that I am at least a little Spiritual.

Neither, mine basis is on a relationship. Religion is the effort of man to try to please God by his own efforts to keep some set of rules. Being spiritual isn't a lot better. A relationship, found through doing what the Bible says a person needs to do to be saved, and then spending time in Bible reading, study, and prayer works to create a relationship that is very much better than anything else.

Your little one is so darn cute!
Definitely not religious....I think I may be spiritual, although I need to delve deeper into what being Spiritual means first before claiming that with any conviction.
Right now I am wrestling with some personal faith issues ...and being here really helps.

I am Christian and have a personal relationship with the Lord. Some consider that religious some spiritual. The name doesn't matter to me....all that matters is I have Jesus in my heart.

Spiritual. Spirit is that Energy we can connect to that helps us evolve from Man, the animal, into HUMAN BEINGS.
Religion is a Ego function, and Ego is the Belief system about ourselves that keeps us MAN.

I like to think I am just a person who love and has a relationship with my savior. I don't see myself religious or spiritual. I just love the Lord

I am a little bit of both. I am very religious, but I am not ignorant of the practices of the Spiritual.

Definitely spiritual.Theres nothing wrong with religion, but its not for me. I refuse to follow blindly just because someone says this is the way it is.No, I need a greater understanding then I can make more intelligent decisions on whats plausible.

Some days, neither. But I'm not religious.
Spirituality comes and goes - environment pays a great deal into it for me. Ask me again in a month, things are changing then.
