They say PAL on one side, and 07|59 on the other. They're off white and oblong.

I couldn't get anything so it may be a generic. you might have better luck because you can see the shape and colour better.

Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant. It suppresses an area in the brain that causes coughing.
