I think I'd do fine with everything except the 5-mile runs, I'm more of a sprinter on that front.

So it could be a problem if that's the case.

It may well depend on just what you call militant .If you mean to the degree of mercenary boot camp and military experience as in having seen action would be called for .
However the Atheist part is easy; apart from either positive nor negative theistic belief.

I am a strong-atheist, which some people would describe as a "militant atheist".

However, I didn't have to go through any basic training to get here. Didn't even have to write a test.... Pretty easy.
