if homeowner insurance has issued partial payment and disputing remaining payment and suit has been filed how long does it take the case to get to court and how long does it take for a judgment

Well, it can take up to 2 - 3 years to get a court date. Once you start the court date thing, it can be postponed & rescheduled for another year. The judgement happens at the end of the trial/hearing - which can be minutes, hours, or days.

The case load for the county rules here. Preference is always given to cases involving criminal issues. Decades ago, in another business pursuit, an employee sued for damages under worker's compensation. I was required to testify briefly, and was advised by counsel what sort of information I should have available to testify. I prepared my dossier and filed it in my desk drawer. It sat there for over three years before the case finally saw the inside of a courtroom.

Depends on the case load for that county. You can call the Clerk of Court to get some idea.
