i am currently a us marine and my wife is in the navy and we are stationed in diffrent states, and i was currious what i need to do to get stationed closer to her or vice versa. i looked everywhere to find out anything about spousal relocation but i cant find anything. any information would be greatly appreciated.

Talking to your PSD they should have the proper chits for you to fill out. Also have her check out the BUPERS on line site to see if there are any swaps available for her rate and rank in or around your command.

easiest way to do it is for one of you to extend where you are until you both have PRDs close to each other, and then work with each of your detailers to get stationed within the 50 mile limit.

Otherwise, one of your commands has to agree to release you early and gap the billet in order to do it sooner.
