You both are legal, and it is not wrong just because of a job or who he or she has contact with, but because he/she is a youth pastor your relationship will be public and watched by everyone. Hold eachother accountable to your actions and do not put yourselves into bad situations. No by yourself home visits, closed doors, etc. PRAY.
I am a youth pastor also...please email if you have any other questions or want to talk.

Absolutely, young women are usually more matured than men. And if he is a youth pastor more than likely is more mature than most 24 year olds and has a good realtionship with God. And isn't going to take advantage of the girl especially if she loves God.

She is legal, so I don't see why not, even if her siblings are in the youth group. Just be sure you don't give them any unfair advantages or privileges, and you should be fine.

You are both legally adults, so I don't see why not. Just be respectful to her family and not get so cozy around the younger siblings.

Legally, yes. Ethically... well, how do you feel about workplace relationships overall? I'd say set that same standard for this scenario, too.
