You must have no athetic ability.I bet you live in a trailer.If you can ever play the game of golf and beat your age,then you are the man.
I started playing golf when i was 16 and i thought it was stupid.I played football and basketball in highschool and thought it was the dumbest thing ever.then one day i tried to hit a ball.
This sport is the toughest thing you will ever try.If you can ever play the game,gather your funds and come to vegas.

The answer is competition. Golf brings what few other sports do in respect to one-on-one competion, combined with outright 'battle of the mind' aspects.
The truth is, if you played a round with me (Or any other decent player), you would no longer ask such ignorant questions.
BTW, by 'ignorant', by definition, I don't mean any disrespect.

i play golf and i cant stand watching it so i'd chose a bag of rocks. but playing golf is one of the most challenging sports.

Let me tell you something, golf IS boring to watch. I hate watching it. But playing it, now theres a good time. So, golf is boring to watch, but it can be fun to play.
