Normal temperatures for dogs is 100 to 102.
About 24 hours prior to giving birth the females rectal temperature will drop a few degrees- 97-99. If you record the temperature daily you will know when she is close to birthing.
Do some reading up. It only takes looking up Pregnant dogs on yahoo or any other search engine... and it gives you TONS of information.
I suspect if you didn't know her temp. You aren't gonna know what to expect when she has puppies- Pre and Post Birthing.

Normal temperature is 101-102.3 She is 3 weeks pregnant, surely you aren't looking for a dropped temperature already are you??

I hope you are doing more research into this than just taking the temperature.. In the big scheme of producing a litter, the temperature is a very very very minor deal.. It's not even a great indicator... My b itch, her temp droped Friday morning and she didn't whelp til Sunday morning... Temp is nothing..

You need to find out what you should be feeding her.
You need to get your vet ready and waiting, cause you haven't a clue what you are doing.
You need to learn the signs of a b itch that is about to whelp,
You need to learn the signs of a b itch that is in trouble and needs to see the vet.
You need to learn all about puppies and the stages they grow thru so you know what is correct and how to know that there is a problem.
You need to be looking for good homes for these little guys.
You need to find out what it's going to cost you and where you are going for vaccinations and worming.
You need to learn learn learn.. Forget the temperature, there is alot more to learn than that..

100.2 might be her normal temperature.. You still have approx 6 weeks.. Why don't you just get her spayed.. There are thousands and thousands of chihuahuas looking for homes.. Puppies that are already born and suffering, needing a forever home.. Why add to that.. it's just selfish..

Tell me.. What is it that you bred this litter for?? What it because your little b itch really had something to add to the breed?? Or was it because she is cute, or she has a nice temperament?? Or maybe cause she does something funny, or you just wanted puppies to play with.. Research should be done way in advance of breeding the litter, not 3 weeks into pregnancy.

A 100.2 degree temperature is absolutely normal. Most dogs run between 100 and 101+; anything over 102-degrees is considered a "fever".

As your dog get closer to her due date, her temperature may actually drop to about 98-degrees 12-24 hours before her puppies arrive, so keep taking that temperature and watch for any fluctuations.

100.2 is a little low about 2 degrees lower just try to get her a warm bed and try to get her to have a warm place to sleep and try to warm her up a little and she should be fine. dont try to warm her up too much because that is an okay range as long as it doesnt drop lower because dogs are smaller than us and the smaller the animal the more energy it takes to keep it alive so the higher temp it will be for example parakeet have a norm. temp. of around 130.

This is a normal temp (100.2 -101.5). Are you worried about her health ? Please call your vet if your dog is sick or refusing food/ water. Her temperture will drop below 99 degrees when shes ready to whelp.

You need to be in contact with a good vet.......you obviously don't know anything about breeding. Best thing to do is take her in and have her spayed and the puppies removed RIGHT NOW. The world doesn't need any more dogs....there's plenty dying in shelters already.

Normal is 101.5, normal range is about 100.5-102.5. She is just a wee-little bit low, nothing to worry about.

She should be getting pre-natal care from a vet...later on in the pregnancy they can even tell you how many puppies she will have.

She should also be eating puppy food from now all the way until she is done nursing.

That is completely normal. Keep in mind that animals such as dogs and cats have a higher temperature than we do. I don't know why, but they do. So, your ok. But make sure you have her checked on soon at your vet's office to make sure everything is going ok.

She is within a normal range...no worries sweetie-but I would change her diet to a puppy food diet so she can get more nutrition (science diet is really good-and they don't change the formula makeup in it so it stays the same nutrient base for her) and I would also get her into the vet for pre-natal care. She needs the best care you can give her for healthy puppies! Good luck sweetie-and I hope you get healthy sweet babies!!!!!

Isn't this a question that should have been asked before breeding??

Research BEFORE breeding would have been the responsible thing to do. Here are a few websites with lots of info:

http://www.k9web.com/dog-faqs/medical/whelping.html
http://www.faqs.org/faqs/dogs-faq/medical-info/whelping/

Thumbs down for telling the truth?? If you are going to do something that concerns living breathing creatures, one should have some knowledge about what they are doing before doing it. It should not be like an electronic gadget, if you screw up you can just get another.
