No they did not have the right to psycologically rape you. It is only real if you let it be , that is the whole idea ,it is the power of suggestion nothing more,I really detest so called witches that use their knowledge to manipulate people and have power over them, you sound like a responsible person ,Try this.Find a nice quiet placeand say with intent as you light a white candle:Protection comes to me this day, this crossed condition no longer sway, returning this negativity to the one that has crossed me{get some olive oil and rub it on the candle and say]This fire and oil will do their best to uncross and free me night and day,From the north ,east, south and west, dispelling the evil sent my way.Uncrossed and happy I will be,set free from attacking energy.{say name of curser if known or picture face in head say}consumed by this mighty flame, your evil shall no longer reign. As all things come to an end, your victim now does smile again.{say your name}Begins my life anew, your harm to me you no longer can do.Isend you to a place of rest, leaving your victim to a life that is best.{snuff candle and walk away without looking back} this should dispell the curse.and send it back from whence it cameand make you feel better. love and light

I truly wouldn't count on someone else's hocus-pocus to have any affect at all on you, not unless you let it. What likely happened is that it got you thinking in a way that had never occurred to you before. If this new thought pattern has made it possible for you to examine your interactions with others, take advantage of that, and use it to foster growing into the person you want to be.
As far as the repetitions of certain things, I've noticed in my life that the universe keeps bringing the same lessons back, over and over, until we finally 'get it', and are ready to move on to the next ones. That you are hearing the message repeatedly means that you are close to breakthrough, if you weren't ready, it would sail right over without you noticing.
Whether someone is a friend or foe, it's possible to learn from them. When someone is trying to be hurtful, sometimes the best thing you can do is take what they are giving you, and transform it into something beneficial to you. For example, if someone is making your life miserable in a relationship, use the mad/sad/hurt energy you are feeling to get OUT of that relationship. If your boss is impossible to please, take it as a hint that you need a new job, and don't just sit there and absorb the abuse. Keep in mind, though, that it's important to be able to see what part of the problem is yours, and then work to fix it. Otherwise, all of the moving and changing in the world isn't going to get you away from the problem, because you're carting it with you wherever you go.

First off IF someone has placed 'a spell' on you to show you how you treat others there is already a problem. Secondly if you can stand there and say that you can see it is working then maybe, just maybe, it is time for a little reflection? Look inside and see why this would have been said.
IF the person that put 'a spell' on you is a "witch" there are rules they must abide by as well. Not to mention the return of what they do to others up on them selves.
Remember that sometimes it takes a negative action to build to a positive reaction.
Blessed Be you and yours!

The very fact that someone felt the "spell" they cast - if indeed they actually did - was so ineffectual that they had to tell you about itand make it into a psychological issue tells me you have not much to worry about here, except for the fact that you are believing it to be true.
Let me gues - you went to a psychic, who told you a spell was on you, and offered to remove it for you - for a fee, of course. Or maybe she didn't, but if you'd asked, she would certainly have done so. Right there that smells of scam to me. Sadly, too many of those posing as psychics use scams on people to bilk them of money; it invalidates anyone who might truly have that ability.
Some people in your life will always repeat the same behaviors over and over and over - and they are pretty easy to pinpoint and note in your life. Everyone has someone like that in their lives - so another easy mark for someone to tell you this is happening without ever getting specific.
If you truly feel a spell exists, and needs to be broken, here's something to try - http://www.angelfire.com/on/wicca/Spells18.html

yes, this is very real. However, you can block anything you don't want. You can put yourself in your own world and live in denial if you wish.
I would advise that you learn from the spell if it working for you. You need to make changes so the patterns don't repeat. If you can reach the person that put the spell out there, you should confront them. They should have had your permission to do something like this.
Chances are you do not have a spell on you. No worth while witch would put a spell out there without consent like this. You should also pray to your own deities for guidance in this matter.
Work in circle and smudge your self... and if you want to ritualistically remove the spell from your life, write the spell out on a small piece of paper, light a black candle, put the spell under the candle and let it burn down to the paper... then burn the spell. Allow the spell to come to term at the end of the candle, learn the lessons offered.
Do this right before a new moon for best results.
Best of luck

Believe on the Lord Jesus and join God's family then no spell can work on you.
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
Numbers 23:8 How can I curse whom God has not cursed? How can I denounce whom the LORD has not denounced?

1) Close your eyes
2) Visualize the spell's energy(probably purple looking) around your body
3) Visualize the energy slowly disappearing
4) Visualize how it feels to be FREE from the spell, no more worries or anything!
5) Open your eyes
If you are still not satisfied,
1) Close your eyes
2) Visualize all of your energy and the energy around you moving away from you then take in new energy from the things around you(computer, tv, fan, any item will work)
repeat this refreshing technique untill you feel free from the spell then to protect yourself from any other spells that someone might put on you
1) Close your eyes
2) Visualize a (blue) bubble forming around you
3) It is completely formed!
4) Visualize a witch casting a frog spell on you
5) Visualize her spell shooting at the bubble around you
6) Visualize her spell bouncing back and turning her into a frog
7) Open your eyes
Now you are completely refreshed WITH a anti-spell SHIELD

any time there is a situation that keeps appearing over and over again in your life it just means there is something for you to learn there and you haven't yet learned it. It would be valuable to you to learn something from it. However, if you really believe it is a spell and want it gone, write in positive formation that you release this spell from your energy into the universe. Thank it for what it has taught you and let it go. Then take the paper and burn it offering your intentions to be released from it to God or whatever you believe. If after you have done this and you experience it again, really think about what you are missing and try again. Good luck

If you don't believe in it, its not there. Have you ever seen the movie "Skeleton Key"? Well, this girl is a maid for a couple who believes in Voodoo, and at first she doesn't beleive it, but then she starts to little by little, and then the wife used it against her, now that the spells have power over her, unlike they did before. The same applies to you. You don't believe in the spell, and it doesn't exist anymore. The Catholic Church even tells it's priests to be skeptical when they go to do an exorcism.

No, just get rid of the person who is doing bad things to you. Simple as that. If I told you something vague and you applied it to your life are you going to say I put a spell on you.
