I would start out by checking my local newspaper. Garage sales are often a goldmine for used equipment. I have seen benchs for as little as $10 and up to $25. Look under sporting equipment for sale also.
If you have a weekly bargain type paper, get it too and check the ads.
Second had stores, salvation army thrift shops, let the mgr know you are looking for a bench and bar and leave your number. Pawn shops are another good source.
Put up a 3x5 note card at your grocery store or laundramat bulletin board saying you want to to buy and leave your phone number.

well if youd of said something about 4 weeks ago..id of given it all to ya!! i just let it go to whomever came and picked it all up
sorry.. look at garage sales and good will.. thrift stores etc.. usually cna be bought for under 50.00 and some cases like mine.. free for the taking
