It depends on what the charge is if it's nothing serious and the records are no longer pending and the case is closed he shouldn't have a problem. If anything talk to a recruiter or go to military.com and contact a recruiter there

If it is a juvenile record he should be okay but, depending on the crime he may not be. He really needs to talk to a recruiter.

The army will accept someone with a criminal background. Not all criminal backgrounds though. If you have aggravated assault or domestic violence they will not accept you. Along with child molesters and freak crimes of the sort. otherwise you are good to go..

no, his record is NOT clean, the military can gain access. No such thing as expunged juvenile records. depends on the charge..felonies are probably a no go. anything involving domestic violence or firearms is a no go.

as long as he don't have a felony or anything seriously severe. Than your okay but if he has commited a major crime, vandalism, murder, a major assault (particularly on an authority figure or a school staff member or anything school related basically) etc etc.

Nope, you have to have a non criminal background. I would suggest you two visit your local army office, it will only take a few minutes and you'll find out everything you need to know.

Depends on the crime.

Talk to a recruiter.

it depends on what the conviction is for. Felony vs. misdemeanor... a recruiter will know the answer.
