I told her I was calling the police if she did not move and she still set there, then I got pissed and told her I was gonna kick her *** if she did not move, she rolled up her window, I called the cops and gave tag number then she left.

It's nice of you to help out others. Very few people find the time because they are too busy focusing on their own agendas.
You started out great but you lost your focus and instead found it in someone that got the best of you without them even trying. Somehow, they made you get out of your car, walk over to them, get upset enought to possibly spoil your day but upset enough for you to write about it.
You should have just found a way to go around her and carry on with your day. Don't let absent minded people make you upset or take your focus from other more important things going on in your life.
Same thing happend to me today going into the turnpike. At the bottle neck, one car just didn't want to let me go first and they were reving their engine. I just smiled and let the oaf go by and went about my own business enjoying the day and letting it make me upset.
Of course, if you are challenged it's different.

Personally, I think you were both being unreasonable. Wasting your decent mood on her, and being this upset over something she has probably completely forgotten about, is just not worth it. Pull around. That's what we have to do when someone won't budge. You didn't know it would be a jerk-of-a-woman talking on her cell phone. It could have been some violent person who considers a person walking up to them (after honking repeatedly) a personal attack.

I get ticked off at people who do the waiting game for parking spots too, but threatening to kick someone's ***, even if you're really annoyed and she's really acting like the smelly side of the horse, is childish.

Also, seeing as it was in a parking lot (private property), her not moving was not illegal. Calling the cops to give them her tag number will do absolutely zip, and if you threaten someone who actually REALIZES that with calling the cops, they'll shrug and probably tell you, once again, to fk off.

Coincidentally, threatening to kick someone's ***, yeah, that is something that really annoying people can call the cops for.

To sum up:
Waiting for a parking spot, and being rude, cops don't care.
Threatening to cause someone else bodily harm, cops do care.

Calling the cops, not the smoothest move for you.

Have a happy day.

Well I would not have called the cops but once she told me to F off, I probably would have said it back. Knowing my attitude at times, I probably would have gotten up on her bumper honked then backed up and got beside her gave her the finger and left. BUT then again, people do get shot for a lot less as someone else said, I've learned to mellow out. Maybe I would have just layed on the horn for a while. I think you did the right thing though. Glad you didn't get hurt.

I would have gone around and just left it at that. Certainly would not have gotten out of the car. People get shot for less than that now a days

She was definitely rude. But I doubt that you seriously were concerned that she might have passed out. It would have been so much easier to have just driven around her. A bit of prudence on your part might have saved both of your days. "The better part of valor is discretion." (Shakespeare)

You did the right thing. She was being ridiculous.
I'd have done the same thing.
