I can't get to the page right now (seems their website is down) but I recommend checking for NAEYC accredited programs. If you go to www.naeyc.org, there is a section for parents and a place to search for accredited programs in your area.
Being accredited is generally a sign of high quality and commitment to high standards in early childhood education. Everyone's feelings about particular programs are different, so visit some of the programs on the list to decide what is best for you and your child.

Is Pre-K available in your area? Call your local elementary school, social service agencies, and churches. Ask about Pre-K, Head Start, and all other preschool and day care programs. (Many programs offer full day preschool, or extended hours for day care.) Contact all these programs and ask about their license, what credentials their teachers have, and what type of program they offer. Best choices would be programs that offer both structured and unstructured activities. Try to observe a class in progress. Once you have chosen a program, try to volunteer a little time in the classroom once a month if you can. That way you can see firsthand what your child is experiencing, and you will be more actively involved in your child's educational experience.

What about St. Susanna? there may also be some other churches around that have a preschool.
