When I was 38 years old and our children were 18, 15, and 12, my husband and I had our 4th child. She was conceived when I had been on birth control pills for 11 years. I began having some difficulties eating. I had pains in my stomach whenever I ate. I developed heartburn, which I had never had before. Soup and toast were about all I could tolerate and I began to loose weight. When I went in for my yearly physical/pap smear I told my doctor about my stomach trouble and she diagnosed Irritable Bowel Syndrome. While doing my pelvic exam she seemed puzzled and said my cervix felt like I was pregnant. We both had a good chuckle over that one!! She said there are several things that could cause that, but we'd start with the easiest thing to rule out so she sent me to pee in a cup for a pregnancy test. While we were finishing up the physical exam, the nurse brought my urine pregnancy test results. I nearly fell naked off the exam table when the result said positive! My doctor was still not convinced I was pregnant, she said it was probably a false positive. I had normal periods except for the one just before my appointment which was a little shorter and lighter than normal and I just figured what ever was messing with my stomach was upsetting my menstrual cycle (little did I know how true that would be). My doctor brought in the fetal heartbeat monitor and we were both just flabbergasted that we heard a strong little heartbeat clear as a bell. There was no way to know how far along I was, my doctor thought about 12-14 weeks based on my cervix, so she sent me for an ultrasound which showed that I was already 17 weeks pregnant. Of course, the day my doctor told me I was pregnant, I stopped taking birth control pills. After our baby was born, my husband went in and had a vasectomy! We took in 2 sperm samples just to be sure there were no "little swimmers", but we used a condom just to be sure for quite some time.

Tell you the truth I think I might be pregnant right now or I having Phantom Pregnancy,Three months ago I was having signs of pregnancy but then I got my period so I figure I was not pregnant but now I just ended my period and now I'm having itchy breast and shooting pains in them I have weired cravings for pickles and ice cream and I'm feeling movement in my stomach and I know its not gas it feels like a baby kicking but it might be a nerve or something and I feel pregnant and if I am pregnant I figure I'm about three and a half months to four months pregnant cause of the movement I feel in my stomach.Being pregnant and still having periods runs in my family .Some women don't know there pregnant until they go to the doctor for a check up or because there sick and that's when they find out there pregnant .I'm going to make an appointment to find out for sure if I'm pregnant or if it's a false pregnancy.Hope this info help out some what.Good Luck!

With my 1st I was 10 weeks before even realizing that I could be pregnant. I had my period the 1st month, and there was no morning sickness or anything. I finally went to the doctor over being tired all the time and just not feeling right at all. He did a pregnancy test and well you can guess the out come.

All 3 times!!! I usually have my periods every 3 months or so and because of that I never really kept track.
My 1st I took a test at 3 1/2 months and was affraid to tell my mom so didn't go to the doctor right away. When I finally went the doctor came out and told my mom I was 20 weeks (we were both in shock).
2nd time I found out at 4 months, went to the doctor for an ultrasound a few weeks later and was told I was 22 weeks (as it turned out they were a month off, I was 18). They actually asked me....you haven't felt anything!?! lol
A friend of mine had been telling me for a while she was gonna start keeping track of my periods since I didn't.
What's funny is the first time she wrote it down was this year January 27th, I found out I was pregnant on May 4th.
I think this is the first time I have a pretty good idea of my due date...thanks to her!

This actually happened to my best friend she was having her periods and she took a test and then went to the doctor and they told her that she was 24weeks pregnant and she had no idea. If you think that you are pregnant I would suggest that you go to the doctor and take a blood test that is the best way to find out. If you don't have insurance then I recommend going to planned parenthood I beleive they test there for free.
Good Luck I hope you get the response you want

I had all the signs of pregnancy and I went to the doctor and the results were negative. A few days later I got my period which lasted for 2 weeks. I got another pregnancy test done and it was positive and I got my period again for another week. I ended up losing the baby and still do not know how it all happened.

I was almost 8 weeks along when I found out I was pregnant but then again my husband was waiting to see if I had all the classic signs of pregnancy before we did the pregnancy test (an ex-girlfriend of his was pregnant with another guys baby so he knew all the signs to look for)

Not personally, but I knew someone who went their entire pregnancy without missing a period and only looked like she gained a little weight. She had no clue she was pregnant until she went into labor.

Pray to God continuously whilst attempting, as God helps people who help themselves extremely than people who're lazy. Lord Krisna stated in Bhagavad Gita, we would desire to constantly carry out our works and resign the fruit of our action. So we would desire to maintain attempting and discover exhilaration in doing our artwork, in spite of if or not we get the needed effect. we would desire to constantly not lose wish. Do your superb and pass away something to God,that's going to all come suited some day or night.
