Perhaps the most extreme fear a person can face is during a panic attack. I looked this up in Yahoo! web search and could not find many references to heart attacks resulting from fear and panic attacks. One site mentioned that it may be possible if you have a preexisting heart condition and then suffer a panic attack. Panic attacks themselves can be and often are mistaken for heart attacks.
You can't even faint from a panic attack. Opossums go into shock and appear dead when frightened but there is no evidence humans do this.
So my amateur opinion, based on some research, is that you can't be "scared to death" or even faint.
Good luck, good health, peace and love!

I have two boys, my first I had at 16 so of course I had a epidural, my second I had natural and I would most defiantly recommend that if possible. It is a lot more painful but its worth the expired. I am now pregnant with my third child which is my little girl. I am only 21 weeks but I too am facing the possibility of a C-Section. I also was planning on a natural birth and I too am terrified. My reasons are because my placenta is not in the right place but the doctors believe it will move into the right place in time. The only advice I really can give you is to try and think positive because stressing and freaking is going to be the most unhealthy choice for you and the baby, believe me I know that's harder done then said. Good luck.
