It felt like a pin prick and then bothered me a little. Then this morning I touched it and the pain started and swelling and redness. It is slightly throbbing too.

When does the swelling go down and throbbing stop?

The best thing to do for a sting is to immediatly put baking soda and water on it. It will draw the poison and some pain out.

As for next day syndrome, I don't know of anything you can do but grin and bear it. Or go to the doc. Sorry man.

What you should use is Benedryl it will help with the redness and the swelling. I'm allergic to all three of them and that's what I use and I use Ice to get the swelling down also. the trobbing will take a couple of days to go away. You may want to have a Doctor check it to make sure that you are not allergic to them. I hope this will help.

I was stung by a bee on my finger a couple of weeks ago. It took about 5 days for the swelling to go down.

mix baking soda and water into a paste. Put that on the spot. Make sure there is no stinger in you.
