It's too much garlic when the garlic smell from your sweat overpowers people at the gym tomorrow when you work out.

Well, when you stick your head out the window, sneeze, and rid the entire town of vampires, that's probably enough garlic.

Seriously, I don't think that roasted garlic is apt to do anything bad to you. You may notice that your bodily secretions have a garlic odor for the next few days, but if your stomach or intestinal tract aren't upset, there shouldn't be a problem.

I think I'd limit the amount of times that I ate that much garlic, though, just because "all things in moderation" is still good health advice.

I don't think 30 cloves will do any damage healthwise, except you might be either burping it up for a day or two and your breath will really reek, or it will come out through your sweat glands and no one will be able to be near you! I love garlic, but have never eaten that much at one time.

Garlic is good. Gives me heartburn on occasion, but you won't be getting any visits from vampires tonight.

(or anybody else, for that matter!)

When your friends say you stink, back off. Roasted garlic is very mild, so you shouldn't stink much.....
