how to move the movie file from azureus to burn to dvd i have win avi do you have to convert the file first

There are several different Programs you can get by Googleing to convert, and yes you will need to convert it.
Unless it is a Video TS Folder and file you will have to convert it to a different Format , I also suggest you do some checking around this can get very confusing in a hurry if you have never converted or dabbled with the different Video Formats.

I use WinAvi. It's brilliant. Just click the DVD button, find the file and it will convert very quickly. The quality is really good. You then need to burn the DVD. For this I use DVDshrink, but other programs will do it.
