Assuming that anyone do the above action, they must absolutely have a deep understanding of what they did and why it was the wrong thing to do.
Once the person comes clean with themself about it, they can ask God for forgiveness. God always forgives those who mean well. As long as the person isnt lying in their heart, all things will be made clean. He says He keeps no records of wrong. All He is is love, right?

Yes, confessed sins are forgiven if the sinner is sincerely repentant. The Church teaches that "good pagans" may also be saved. Here is the exact text, from the Catechism of the Catholic Church, section 847 ...
"Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience - those too may attain eternal salvation."

It is not good deeds that gets you into heaven. It is your acceptance of Jesus Christ as your lord and savior.
(But you cant be an evil Christian, don't get me wrong.)
