My family saw this short film at the Independence Visitor's Center in Philadelphia on 07/17/07. She appeared younger in this film than in her Veronica Mars series. I think it was made by the History Channel.

Nevermind! I was able to get the name of the film from the Independence Hall Visitor's Center. The title is "Taking Sides."
