If this person is turned off by acne or a person being fat, then thats not the kind of person you want, you need a person who can look beyond whats on the outside.Look for someone who can see whats on the inside.

I have the same problem. I've found that swimming and just being out in the sun really, and making sure to scrub my back every time I shower (wish is generally every morning).
Before my senior prom, I went and saw the dermatologist, since I REALLY wanted to wear a backless dress...she proscribed Retin-A Micro and told me to apply it every morning and every night, all over my back...within 5 days (which was good, since prom wasn't far off), my back looked a MILLION times better. It looked great for prom, and since then, I ran out and have stopped using it, but my back still looks better than it used to, and being outside in a swim suit has really helped too. Good luck!!

Honey, I'm not sure this can be done cheaply. Have you asked your dermatologist about it? Try him first, because he's more likely to have an inexpensive cure. Then go see the plastic surgeon. I guarantee he can make your back look like a baby's backside, but the price may be too high.

Well they're just scars from your acne, so try a product that reduces the appearance of scars. Try Palmer's Scar Serum. You can get it at most drug stores. Good luck! =]

Maybe microdermabrasion? Or laser therapy? My fried had dark spots on her face and her doc lasered them off with much success.
