hinduism worships idols which do not rot or decay but last as long as the world could exist ,thi=us admitteing the immortality of god .chritianity worships a dead man and his ghost but makes fun of the idol wporshippers .just like the pot calling the kettle black.
Hindus see god everywhere and in anything that god has created and believe that everything is the crestion of god and so respect everything and any religion..Chrictianity does not belive in god's cretions and does not see god in his creations and mocks and disrespects others.
Hinusim can show you god even when you are alive and you do not have to die to see God .Christianity can not show you the God and would pormise to show you the god afer death and so you are not sure if you would see god after death
Hinduism allows you to raise any question about god and would answer any question about god as it believes in real god .Chriatianity would not allow you to raise any questioin about god saying that it is blasphemous since it can not anwswere any quesion regarding god and Bible .
Hinduism believes in science and logic and christainity does not .
Now you can see for yourself which is the real religion.
Naturally by its very character Himnduism is simply very great and magnificient..
But peoiple have the right to follow any religion of their choice and God would not hate them for that reason. Only the christian God and the Muslim God would not allow into their heavens those who do not belive in them exclusively and do not get a visa from the christian priest . The Hindu gods would allow everybody into their heavens without any discrimination on the basis of colour, creed and religion and country. They would not demand any visa from anybody , any priest , temple , church or mosque.

some who say that no religion should be criticizes ahould tell to those who offically spend enormous funds just to cticize the most ancient religions which is as tolerant as god .they should mend and straighten the curved rods and some rods are to be heated redhot to be straightened straightened .thosw who mince matters do no good to humanity and tolernce of folly is not a good trait . the is absolutely nothing wrong in calling a spade a spade .
the fact is that chritianity worships a dead motal,s ghost . Islam worships nothing and so they have no heart and no feeling .Hinduism worships eerything that god has created in thios world as it belives that the who;le unoverse if god's creation. Those who belive that the whole unvierse is god's creation can not but worship the universe itself ! simple! .

Hinduism is an all pervasive [sanatana] and non linear religion and therefore can not be compared with any other faith or religion. Many aspects of christianity shall be found already incorporated in hinduism and rightly so,it being the oldest. As far as the 'realest'[word used by you] part is concerned,it can at best be ralative. All religions ,even those claimed to have been 'revealed' by God himself, have a intelectual link with human thuoght process.Realism,as is commomly understood and any religion have neither any direct relationship nor wanted by the followers.Unquestionable and total faith or belief can only flourish in the absance any reasing or logic.NO RELIGION IS ,THEREFORE, MORE REALISTIC THAN OTHER.

It is futile to compare one religion with another one.

All religions have taken birth according to the needs and the understandings of its followers.

Frankly speaking one cannot compare Hinduism and Christianity at all.

Christianity had taken birth only 2000 years ago.
It was established by the apostles of Jesus after His time.

Whereas no one knows exactly at what time Hinduism was born.
As per the Vedas it is not created by any one and possibly more than zillions of years old.
The recent study of NASA of the Ramasethu Bridge which lies across the Southern edge of India and Sri Lanka, says that it was constructed more than 117000 years old.

This gives an idea of the period when the incarnation of Sri Rama tool place and consequently how old is Hinduism likely to be, as there were several incarnations before that also.

Hinduism is not at all a religion in the conventional sense it is mentioned.
The name was given to it by the Greeks who first saw them near the Hindukush regions.

Hindus are the folowers of Sanatana Dharma, which is the everlasting Path of Righteousness, applicable to the whole of humanity at any point in history.

Hinduism is not a rigid religion unlike the others.
There is absolute freedom of expression and belief for a Hindu while practicing it.

Hinduism believes in one God, Brahman.
He is beyond any form ( Aroopi ).
He is Omniscient.
He is Omnipresent.
He is Omnipotent.
He is the Universe and the Universe is in Him.

This is the reason why Hindus worship and respect all nature as Divine.

The one unseen God is worshipped in many lovable forms by an ordinary Hindu, such as Father, Mother, Child or even Part animal/Human.

But the learned saints have always meditated on the one attributeless divine energy called Nirguna Brahman only.

God dwells as Soul in all the creations, both animate and inanimate.
There is no distinction in the status of Souls, whether it resides in a man,an animal,a bird or even an insect.

All good and bad deeds performed by every human being is stored as Karma, which visits each one of them in their successive rebirths to experience as rewards or punishments.

These are a few principles which Hinduism preaches.

One last word.
Hinduism does not believe in Conversions.
It does not forbid one also if he joins another faith.
Hinduism under its massive umbrella permits many kinds of practices and even atheism, which is called Ninda Stuthi on God.

It considers all other religions as different paths leading to the same destination,God.
That is why a Hindu does not hate the followers of all other religions.

Therefore Hinduism is an incomparable religion in the world today as it is highly democratic and most evolved among all the religions.

Hinduism is a religion or way(s) of life evolved over many millenniums.Though it has only one result(one God)there are many solutions to achieve that result.
Christianity is a religion created with some ideology and principles.
When you say that God is omnipresent Hinduism wholly accepts it,and does not alienate God from one's self.God is all pervasive and inclusive.
In Christianity God is exclusive.
When you understand that God is omnipresent, there is divinity in every life and even things. That is why he sees God in many forms as points of concentration or symbolic representation. This broadmindedness enables him to accept and offer prayers to Gods of other religions too.So I can say Hinduism has a vision which is almost 360 degree.

Realest in what sense?

I would prefer Hinduism as I was born into it and besides I would never have to get my choice validated like you are doing because Hinduism doesn't make you look down upon any religion, be it a "CRITTER WORSHIPPER" 's religion or not.

Please do not ask such questions which can lead to friction. Study yourself and decide which in YOUR view is better. For one person of one orientation, Christianity suits better, while for another person of a different orientation Hinduism or for that matter some other religion may suit better.

No true follower of God, the father of all creation will criticise any other religion. Those who do so are ignorant people.

Asking such questions is similar to asking questions like Can you tell me whose mother, yours or mine is better? The answer is obvious -- for me my mother is the greatest and for you your mother is the greates. And both are correct. And despite considering your own mother as the greatest, you MUST RESPECT ALL MOTHERS. If you dont there is some problem in your education and upbringing. ARROGANCE IS NO VIRTUE.

As a True hindu... i will never say any other religion is less important

For a Hindu.. all religions are pointing towards truth as all rivers are flowing towards ocean.

Christianity is another way of finding the Truth, and we have an equivalent path of Bhakti yoga, in hinduism.

And we hindus respect Jesus..
