Did Jesus do more good before He died, during the preaching part of His ministry, or was the greater good taking upon Himself all of the sins of the world, dying on the cross, and being resurrected so we can all be resurrected in the end?
So many people were able to see and hear the living Christ before He died, so many people now are able to repent of their sins and be forgiven through Him because of His Atonement. Maybe it was part of a grand plan, and we only see the parts that are shown through the surviving Gospels the Catholic Church decided it would allow us to see. There may be more, missing information to fill in the blanks.
I say thank you to Jesus for doing such a thing for me and you and everyone else.

Jesus knew what was going to happen. But, Judas was guided by SATAN. It says in the Bible that Satan entered him, then he went out and betrayed Him. Not that Jesus told him to go do it. He said "Go do quickly what you must do." It simply meant that Jesus knew what he would do. Not that he commanded Judas to betray Him. That's why the Bible tells us that Satan entered into Judas!

It is only human misconception that Judas was in the wrong. This is a judgment that covers the fact that Judas was crucial in the plan of the Resurrection.

Jesus' ministry and Church continues to this day. How much more prolonged can it get?
It all happened according to His will and His plan. Seems to be working OK too. Wait 'til the last chapter comes:)

it was all part of a plan he did what the father wanted. according to the bible he had to fullfill scripture. if he wouldn't have let Judas betray him then he wouldn't have been crucified therefor no forgiveness for the earth. Good luck for us bad for Judas. If your one who believes in all of this.

It was, of course, part of the Divine Plan. Jesus needed to endure all that He did, so that we could have eternity in Heaven and the presence of God.

Judas was a important part of the plan. Jesus took him on, lnowing what he would do. Christ had to be the sacrifice, and Judas's role was the betrayer.

Doesn't the maker of it's creation have the right to make instrument/s for the wrath and that which is saved?
Just like a potter makes every kind of pottery for all purpose so can God.

Jesus did all he could for Judas. Once Judas betrayed him though, he was so overcome with guilt that he committed suicide.
