a bunch of people running around not doing anything useful.
jim dowd/curtis brown were great at it while with the hawks.

It's where - when you are in a car and you are stopped at a red light, everybody jumps out of the car, runs around it, and tries to get back in the car before the light changes and the driver just takes off.
With the right bunch of friends it's a lot of fun.

When you and a bunch of friends are at a stoplight, you all get out of the car, run around the car once or twice, and get back in before the light turns green.
Sometimes you get in different doors, or someone else gets shotgun.

I guess it would be considered a racist term so it should be avoided. But it is a driving stunt where, at a red light, all the passengers hop out of a car and change places. But do try to avoid the term, its offensive. Thanks.
